This policy explains how Softsove (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Spin On Wheel mobile app, this website, and related services (together, the “Service”).

1. Who we are

Spin On Wheel is a decision app by Softsove. You can create wheels, spin them locally, optionally sign in to sync, and publish wheels to a public library after admin review.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the Service.

Account

• Email address, password (stored hashed), and display name if you register.
• Password-reset emails if you request them.

Wheels and activity

• Wheels, slices, images, sounds, and settings you create.
• Spin results and history if you use those features while signed in.
• Library submissions, ratings, favorites, and reports.

On your device

• Private wheels stay on the device until you sign in and sync.
• The app may cache themes, categories, and library data for offline use.

Technical and support

• Basic server logs (time, endpoint, error) to keep the Service reliable.
• Device push token if you allow notifications (when that feature is enabled).
• Messages you send to support.

We do not currently show third-party ads, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. How we use information

• Provide spinning, sync, library, and account features.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Review library submissions and reports.
• Send password-reset and important service emails.
• Improve reliability and fix bugs.
• If you use AI helpers, your prompt may be sent to our AI provider only to generate wheel options or colors. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts.

4. When we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Hosting, database, and email providers that process data for us.
• AI providers, only when you use AI generate features.
• App stores (Apple / Google) if you buy in-app products in the future.
• Law enforcement when required by law.
• A successor if Softsove is involved in a merger or sale.

Approved library listings are public. Anyone can see the title, slices, and related public details you chose to publish.

5. Storage and security

Account passwords are hashed. Access to admin tools is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Use a strong password and keep your device locked.

6. How long we keep data

• Account and synced wheels: until you delete them or close the account.
• Library listings: until you or an admin remove them.
• Server logs: a short period unless needed to investigate abuse.
• On-device data: until you clear app data or uninstall.

7. Your choices

• Use the app without an account; wheels stay on the device.
• Update your display name and wheels in the app.
• Unpublish or stop using library features.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@spinsonwheel.app.
• Turn off notifications in system settings.

8. Children

Spin On Wheel is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We may process information in India and other countries where our hosting providers operate. By using the Service you understand that information may be transferred to those locations.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
