Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Softsove for the Spin On Wheel app, website, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Spin On Wheel lets you create custom wheels, spin them, and optionally sync or publish wheels to a public library. Core spinning works on your device. Cloud sync, library, and account features need an internet connection and a registered account.

We may change, pause, or stop parts of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every spin result will match a particular expectation beyond the in-app spin logic.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if higher.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm other users.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of wheels, labels, images, and other content you create (“Your Content”). You give Softsove a licence to host, store, and display Your Content as needed to run the Service (including sync and, if you submit to the library, public display).

Library submissions are reviewed by admins. Approval is not guaranteed. We may reject, hide, or remove listings that break these terms or our community standards.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Publish illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or abusive content.
• Impersonate others or mislead people about a listing.
• Upload malware, scrape the Service, or try to break security.
• Use another person’s account without permission.
• Spam, flood, or overload the API or library.
• Use AI features to generate content you are not allowed to share.

5. Our content and brand

The app, website, themes, default sounds, and Softsove / Spin On Wheel names and logos belong to Softsove or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute them except as allowed by law or a written licence from us.

6. Purchases and ads

The Service is currently free to use. If we later offer in-app purchases or ads, store checkout terms (Apple or Google) will apply to those payments, and we will update these terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. Wheels are for entertainment and everyday choices. Do not rely on a spin as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Softsove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion at support@spinsonwheel.app. We may stop providing the Service or close accounts that violate these terms. Sections that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability) remain in effect.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If you continue to use the Service after an update, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country says otherwise.
